Bus Stop Films employed more than 10 people with disabilities across 21 days of filming in key crew departments including camera, production, hair and makeup, sound, lighting, directing and editing and many more on screen. Making this the largest crew attachment program for people with disability on a long-form film ever delivered in Australia.
BOSS CAT is a true case study in the value of inclusive employment and meaningful career pathways for people from the d/Deaf, Disabled and Neurodiverse community.
